Ils nous ont demandé quelques photos, mais toujours dans une ambiance respectueuse et bienveillante. La coordinatrice Laetitia a été formidable tout au long du processus. Nous sommes parti de Suisse 🇨🇭et nous sommes arrivés le 6 février 2025 à Istanbul 🇹🇳, et le 7, mon mari était déjà pris en charge. L’organisation était impeccable. L’hébergement en hôtel 5 étoiles était compris dans le prix (avec le choix entre 4 ou 5 étoiles), et l’hôtel était très beau, à seulement 5 minutes de la clinique. Pendant l’intervention, tout s’est très bien passé, mon mari a été traité avec beaucoup de soin et de professionnalisme. Même après notre retour en Suisse, le suivi a été remarquable. Ils continuent de nous demander des photos pour voir l’évolution, répondent à toutes nos questions, nos doutes ou nos craintes, et nous envoient des vidéos explicatives avec des conseils personnalisés. Quatre mois plus tard, ils sont toujours présents. On sent que ce n’est pas une clinique qui disparaît après avoir encaissé l’argent – ils assurent un vrai suivi. Le résultat, après quatre mois, est déjà très beau. Je recommande fortement cette clinique. J’ai moi-même envisagé de faire l’intervention. Accommodation in a 5-star hotel was included in the price (with a choice of 4 or 5 stars), and the hotel was beautiful, just 5 minutes from the clinic. During the procedure, everything went very well; my husband was treated with great care and professionalism. Even after our return to Switzerland, the follow-up was remarkable. They continued to ask for photos to show the progress, answered all our questions, answered our doubts, or expressed our fears, and sent us explanatory videos with personalized advice. Four months later, they were still there. You can tell this isn't a clinic that disappears after the money is collected—they provide real follow-up.
